A estadia foi relativamente agradável, mas o ar-condicionado funciona por sistema de central, não sendo possível controlar a temperatura. Não há cobertores e ao tentar entrar em contato com a administração do flat, não obtive nenhuma resposta. O chuveiro vaza água por baixo molhando o chão do banheiro. Não há local para prender as toalhas no banheiro. Recepção do hotel maravilhosa e gentil.

Péssima Experiência

A pior experiência de hospedagem, atendimento péssimo, o responsável totalmente desrespeitoso e mal educado. Fiquei 3 dias utilizando a mesma toalha, mesmo solicitando para trocar, não trocaram, não tinha internet disponível, blecaute da cortina pendurado, o sol “entrava” no quarto as 5:30 da manhã, móveis do quarto muito velhos e mal conservados, tive um problema que o lençol sujou de sangue, solicitei a troca, também não trocaram. No resumo geral, eles são horríveis, péssimos e o pior de tudo não tem a menor boa vontade de ajudar ou resolver a situação.

Uma boa estadia

Hotel muito bom, apesar de alguns defeitos, nenhum deles atrapalha a estadia. Sateltour é um andar dentro do Kubistchek Plaza, um hotel maravilhoso. O andar não tem o mesmo padrão do resto do hotel, mas não é ruim. Apesar de antigo, de móveis antigos e de um pouco de falta de cuidado com móveis e pintura, no geral é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo, inclusive de restaurantes, shoppings e pontos turísticos. Faz-se tudo a pé. O hotel é lindo. O quarto é grande, espaçoso, confortável. Ar gelando, frigobar, micro-ondas, numa pequena cozinha com pia e armários. Tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Os móveis são antigos, mas bonitos. Sofá cama um pouco sujo e manchado, tv pequena e cama quebrada, sem um pé e com colchão com um buraco. Apesar disso, não tive problema pra dormir, pois apesar de velho e com buraco o colchão é bastante confortável. Imagina se estivesse novo...tem bastantes armários e o banheiro é ótimo, lindo e confortável, sendo a única parte nova do quarto. Chuveiro excelente. Oferecem apenas sabonete. Como já havia pesquisado antes, levei shampoo e etc. Vale muito a pena ficar no sateltour. Voltarei mais vezes qdo vier a Brasília.

O apartamento é um flat particular, no Hotel Kubitschek Plaza. O flat está excelente, limpo e espaçoso. O piso é vinilico e a limpeza excelente. Falta uma manutenção, principalmente na porta do banheiro. Recomendo. Excelente custo/benefício.

O hotel, além de não conter o café da manhã incluso, também se encontrava em péssimas condições de limpeza. Não oferecia serviço de frigobar (nem ao menos água), além de ter tomadas de voltagem 220v com os pinos antigos, impossibilitando o carregamento do notebook. Também não possuia rede wi-fi de internet, somente mediante pagamento pelos dados.
