The flat was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view as I was on the 11th floor. My only complaint is that despite there being a kitchen, it was of little use as it had no equipment. No cooking facilities, no dishes or cutlery, not even the basics to make a cup of coffee in the morning.

Péssimo atendimento de recepção e serviço de quart

O quarto estava sujo, pouco papel higiênico, falta de toalha limpa suficiente, não tinha sabonete sólido, muito barulho no hotel, e acionaram o alarme várias vezes de incêndio, fui lá pra descansar melhor se não tivesse ido, estavam testando o sistema contra incêndio, acionaram o alarme a tarde inteira. Então não acolheram minha esposa gestante, sairíamos antes das 20 hs como foi entramos às 15 hs sendo que tínhamos até as 12 hs pra sair da diária, péssimo acolhimento, tratam as pessoas como objeto e não respeitaram um momento tão especial da vida de um ser humano, como a gestação. O mínimo que se espera de um atendimento de hospedagem privado é respeito e acolhimento, é o mínimo não é pedir favor, e o bom serviço que se espera pelo que foi contratado e pago, mas se preocupam apenas com o dinheiro, humanidade respeito e acolhimento zero.

Foi a primeira experiência em flat então não sei se todos são da mesma forma. Na minha opinião não foi uma experiência muito boa no requisito limpeza. Cozinha sem micro ondas, pia da cozinha suja, banheiro somente com um rolo de papel higiênico sem rolo reserva. Quanto a recepção fui muito bem recebida e pessoas atenciosas.

O flat não tem edredom/manta ou coberta. O horário de check-in é rigoroso a partir das 15h, considere que o quarto estará disponível às 16h, pois depende da boa vontade de alguém enviar um e-mail para o hotel informando sua chegada e isso não vai acontecer pontualmente às 15h. Já o check-out é rigorosíssimo às 12h.

Péssimo.

Quarto em péssimo estado. Check in atrasado em mais de uma hora porque quando eu cheguei no quarto ele não tinha sindo limpo depois do último hóspede. O quarto estava sem roupa de cama e com pratos e talheres sujos com restos de comida. Como resultado eu tive que acionar o proprietário e aguardar mais de uma hora pro quarto ser limpo. O check in de 15h que jâ era tarde se tornou 16h30, e eu perdi uma reunião de trabalho como consequência. O mobiliario e infraestrutura do quarto estão em péssimo estado, bem como a limpeza geral do quarto. A tranca interna da porta foi quebrada e arrancada, aparentemente pelo proprietário para evitar que o quarto possa ser trancado por dentro. Sem que antes seja informado na reserva, o proprietário não fornece cobertor ou troca de toalhas ou outros insumos durante a estadia (informação dada em um papel rasgado colado com fita durex no meio do espelho do banheiro). O apoio do proprio hotel é o mínimo possível, e o hotel deixou bem claro que o flat particular é competidor do hotel e eles não dão suporte além da recepção. Não recomendo e não voltaria.
