Employees were great but anything Capital Vacations touches goes to garbage really quick. Stay away from any jacuzzi room because ours REAKED of mold that I’m assuming is the super cheap carpet which is why I docked the cleanliness. The maids clearly cleaned well because showers and unit were clean. Again, it’s the firm that is not reinvesting into updating the property. Also, this is like the “Carnival Cruise” stay in that the people who will be units next to you are loud and not the most courteous. Both nights, we were awakened to mothers screaming and cussing and children having the most violent screaming tantrums. I can’t tell you how many times things were hitting the walls and some sounded like bodies. The pool and hot tub area are very nice but I’d say not worth the mold smell of the unit and fact that we could not get one night’s rest. For these reasons, I’d pick elsewhere.
