I work on the road but my family lives near Branson so I booked here for Christmas. It was everything I expected an a lil more. The view tho. My fams loved it, and we be coming back.

Looks nice, but looks are deceiving.

I stayed a few nights in a two bedroom condo. The beds are hard as rocks, sleeping on the floor would of been better. Also the whole place is under construction, so expect it to be loud. One good thing was the entire staff was super friendly, it snowed when we went and a worker came out and cleaned off our cars. But I would not stay here again simply because of the condition of the property overall, for the price it did not meet the expectations.

This property is very nice and we generally enjoyed our stay. However, one upstairs bed was missing center supports so when you laid in the bed, you rolled to the center. A downstairs bed fell off of its attachment to its headboard when my elderly mother say on the side of the bed. To their credit, the management quickly corrected the issue with both beds, but it would have been nice to receive some sort of discount for the state of disrepair. As I was leaving, I wanted to inquire about availability for a future date to stay and I was told that no one on the premises could look at future availability and I had to call a booking service. This was odd to me as the best time to capture future revenue for the property is when the guest is checking out. I am much less likely to go to extra trouble to call in for booking than I would have been to just book onsite before leaving.

Beautiful condos with Elevator inside that was a lifesaver for the 91yr old we brought along. It was Great! She loved the ability to go up and down at her leisure.

Me and my husband have stayed here once before. The rooms and the property are very nice. The staff was friendly. We only had a few problems during our stay. The internet did not work in our room we called the front desk, they sent someone to us. He fixed it for that day the next day it stopped working again. In the condo next to us there was a big group and had maybe 3 kids they were extremely loud the kids were jumping and stomping inside and outside on the porch. I have two kids so I know it’s tough to keep them entertained but the people below us were yelling at my husband and it wasn’t our kids making the noise! The beds are very hard and flat. Other than that our stay was good.

The resort was very nice however, there we issues that weren’t addressed. We didn’t realize we didn’t have a stand alone unit. There were people under us and maintenance taking place in that unit that was obnoxious. There was possibly a shared door that was locked (couldn't figure it out) and the room below us was smoking and the smoke smell would come through the door. It also seemed like they were in our room. We had issues with the washer and dryer. The kitchen could use a few more basic items like a blender and mixer. At one point on the balcony bleach dripped on my daughter and discolored her clothes. We still aren’t sure where it came from. The movie theater and game room was nice. Wish it would be easier to reserve. The front desk was notified about all of the items above but there wasn’t much they could do.

Nice resort, poor room location and bed

The resort is very nice, but we had a couple things during our stay we did not care for: 1. The bed is very uncomfortable and I was expecting a lot better for the price we paid. 2: We called five days early to ask for a one bedroom condo on the upper unit and was told they cannot make accommodations for non owners and of course we got a lower level unit where the view was basically completely blocked by the condo directly in front of us. There are also a lot of stairs to go down to get to the room as there is no elevator. Probably would not stay here again.

Beautiful property, friendly staff. You can tell our unit hadn’t been used in awhile, lots of bugs, spiders etc. also had the mildew smell that just got worse. Neither shower door sealed & the one shower head needed replaced. Definitely needs new mattresses! We were at the very back so assuming those units are held for booking partners, so maybe the other units wouldn’t be so bad? Lots of people there on timeshare tours. Wrong address on the Expedia booking so made a 1am arrival difficult, took us to a tour building up the hill.

Interior of units are very clean and nicely furnished. Large space for our family gathering was nice. The exterior of the units could use some up keep. Porch railings appeared in poor maintenance and needed attention. Elevator in unit was not operational. The closet to the roof access ladder should be kept locked. It is not a very safe thing to have accessible to anyone. Especially children.

Privacy was great, and spacious for us. However, I will request a unit on the top level next time. This would be perfect is they had lake access and/or a marina with a swimming area. We enjoyed our stay! LOVED the activity center!! Huge bonus for family time.
