The property is located near many attractions but offers a quiet, private place to stay. Great staff at check in The property is aging and towels are thin. We were looking for a place to return to each year but I think we'll keep looking.

Did not realize check in was at another property. Wasn't difficult to get to, just inconvenient. Hostess was very polite and friendly. Loved the seclusion from the busy strip, but also very close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Floors were very dirty. Had to call for maintenance for the bath tub, requested a different coffee pot as the one we had leaked through the machine itself, but it never came. I would not stay again. The one good thing was its location.

This is an older resort without any amenities but it is clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the plumbing one evening and they sent someone right over to fix it.

The price was excellent for what we needed. There were really only 2 negatives. There was a slight chemical smell that bothered me, which I know was just from the cleaning products, and the mattress was terrible. If you want a clean, cheap place to stay for a night or 2, this is perfect. If you are looking for a great night's sleep, try somewhere else.

Great Rock is my go to in Branson. It’s like a home away from home. It’s secluded but yet easy and quick access to all fun in the heart of Branson.

This property advertised two rooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. However, it ended up being one king and one full sized bed. It was quite inconvenient for two couples with 6'6" men. The toaster did not work, and there were questionable blood spots on the wall and lamp shade in one room. However, the place was well stocked with towels, blankets, and needed items. It was clean, and a good price. Great location.

We actually fell in love with this condo and resort. It’s in a gorgeous area of green and trees with a rock wall that feels earthy and solid. The condo itself has a few tiny flaws that need some updates. However nothing at all made us second guess our choice or keep us from booking again with the same place . The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The other guests were considerate and quiet. Sitting in the deck was like being in a tree house! We requested a handicap accessible room and this one was perfect for our needs. The best part? No instructions for cleaning or leaving- “ you are on vacation” the staff person replied! We will definitely be back !!!! Soon !!

Nice place but parking lot was a ice sheet. Outdoor areas needed snow/ice removal also. Was told the fireplaces don't work at check in. To be fair a fireplace is not listed in the amenities but it is clearly visible in the photos, so a lil disappointed still. Some sloppy repairs/caulk work in the bathroom but still a nice place over all. Good location; would stay again.

The property manager where we picked up our keys was so friendly. Our room was super clean. Need to add some ice trays but overall it is a great place to stay away from the strip but close.
