Room had 3 live roaches in the bathroom.

Unfortunately, even though the gentleman at the front desk was polite, the check-in experience was terrible. The system was not working and he had to get the manager. They finally got me checked in and asked me to sign a receipt, for $80 even though I showed that I had pre-paid for the stay online and was able to use a credit and only paid sixty-something. They said that the receipt was for Hotels.com and not another charge. As it was late and I was tired, I signed. Shortly after getting to my room, I went to the bath room and found three live cockroaches walking around the bathroom sink and shower. I immediately killed them, then proceeded to pack my bags and check-out. I'm not pretentious at all and understand that motels are usually cheaper for a reason. But, I draw the line at having live roaches in the room.

I didn't like the bed it was too hard, funny colored slime came out of the hot tub, black mold all around the base of the walls, my wife is now sick, and there was bgs under the pillows

The overall experience wasn’t bad. Staff was very friendly. But the website advertised they had vending machines, they actually do not. The lights in the room barely worked. Tv reception sucked. Our tv went out in us many times. The WiFi was non existent.

Where to begin, filthy.. And I mean filthy, from the dirty toilet to the black carpets.. No real towels they provide a king bed room with two oversized hand towels... Terrible, don’t bring a family here no matter what

Thankfully no bed bugs. Initial room light wasn't working, but the lamps were bright enough. Also the shower was set to full burst, so it was uncomfortable to shower sensitive areas.

the place is dirty, inconsiderate to the fact I am handicapped and still would only give me a room on second floor which was very difficult for me to get up steps room is dirty and door does not have a lock only chain the door was damaged before, it was too late for me to change places and I would have lost my payment terrible place

No laundry and no service but lots of dust

I chose this hotel as I needed to do my laundry and it listed laundry but alas no. The guy on reception didn't give two hoots that I had a load of clothes that needed washing. Then there was the room. Dusty. When u turned on the heater it blew a cloud of dust up into the air. Obviously hadnt been cleaned in a while. Thin walls. Not happy

Let me say, you get what you pay for. The room appears clean smelled horrible had to go up and get odium and freshener, smelled like a cat lady lived here for years. Cigarette burns in the bedspread. Gave me a room as far away from my car as possible and during a snow storm. Wind kept blowing the door had to use chair to keep it from shifting had to put one of the towels to block the wind on the floor.

The tub was very nice and the room is a good size. the only neg thing is I wanted to stay another night so I had to go back on line to add another night the they wanted me to fill out paper work again. its like just add another night!!

I checked in on October 12, 2018 in early afternoon, I made the reservation with Expedia in September 9, 2018 for my Grandsons birthday Oct. 12 weekend. They told me at the desk they only had one room available and it was small. I said that was fine, only to find it not very clean, bathroom toilet in various colors not one color, I left my luggage and went with family to dinner with grandchild. Came back that night to find a couple in my room, that the motel rented while I was away. I am handicapped and elderly and felt very unsafe in this motel at that time. These people took my luggage out of the room and left it in the desk area. what a nightmare, my son in law told them we wanted a refund and was going somewhere else due to my feeling unsafe at this time. I would never stay there again!!

Stayed here because it was cheaper and one of the only locations with availability//worked for what i needed it for, a place to sleep. Unfortunately there were other guests clothing still under the bathroom sink, and hair on the towels in the bathroom, which was concerning, the Bed sheets appeared to be clean though.
