Stayed overnight on a stopover to Alberta. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was missing amenities but overall the staff and hotel was comfortable for my needs. Would recommend.
Everything was nice about this hotel except the internet service. No reception. The rooms were clean and pool with waterside was great for the whole family.
Very clean room and comfortable bed.
It was very quiet at night. Great restaurant close by. The pool and water slides were awesome. Definitely recommend this hotel.
The lady at the desk was nice and friendly. The room was dated and very dirty. The pool was gross, as there were many bugs, slime and dirt in both pool and hot tub.The restaurant at the hotel was dirty and food was just ok.
The room was clean, beds were comfy, check-in staff was friendly. Parking was excellent, right outside our door.
The fridge is our room gave off a constant, high-pitched whine. In fairness, we didn't call staff about it, and had food in it, so didn't want to unplug.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
It looks like they have been trying to upgrade the building gradually - the beds were comfortable and clean - the bathrooms looked like they were from the 1970s and the door wouldn’t even shut without a lot of force . It was good enough for stopping for a few hours sleep on our drive from AB to ONT but I wouldn’t recommend it for a weekend stay personally .
For what I needed it for it was good. Good location. We were there for a busy weekend and didn’t get to experience the pool or other amenities. Overall for the price it was good and would stay again when going back
Property was everything we had hoped. No breakfast was not what we expected! But that ok there was a good little restaurant across the street with great coffee & menu options.
The front desk staff were absolute incredible.
The room was great, clean and tidy.
I thought that breakfast was included so was sad to see that it wasn’t. It wasn’t the greatest breakfast so I chose to go elsewhere other mornings.
The rest of the stay was good.
All in all it was clean and comfortable.
The rooms and common areas have been renovated.
The hot tub was NOT working.
Apparently has a pump issue?
There is no free breakfast but a chicken chef restrauant on site . Breakfast was good .
Server very friendly.
