"I had an absolutely terrible time staying here.
1. We were unable to get into the room until 3:30 despite being advertised online as “latest 2:00”
2. There was zero communication as to why the check in was delayed
3. The window in the room was part of a public balcony linked to the lobby, letting people look in unless you have the curtains shut at all times
4. Couldn’t open the window unless you wanted peoples second hand smoke coming into your room
5. Tried to change rooms and was told that it would cost an extra 40chf despite the same room being advertised cheaper than the one that we had booked
6. The shower was broken, it would only spray at the wall
It’s a shame as the hotel is in an amazing location but the staff and facilities are shockingly bad 100% not worth the money being charged."
