Helpful, friendly, patient (we used translation app to communicate) Clean room, lots of storage. Front door key was difficult to unlock the door. Nice bathroom; would like a shelf in the shower.

Terrible Experience! The check-out time had been clearly agreed in advance as 11:30 AM. However, on the day of departure, I received an unexpected message at 10:00 AM demanding that I remove my luggage immediately. At that time, we were in the middle of a tour and were forced to interrupt our plans and return to the hotel, which caused significant inconvenience. This was a very disappointing and poorly managed experience. I expected much better communication and respect for agreed arrangements.

A comunicação funcionou muito bem. O quarto era bem pequeno com uma casa de banho bem pequena. O ralo do duche estava entupido e fez com que saisse agua para o chão. Limpamos o ralo que estava muito sujo. Insonorização não existe, ouve-se tudo dos outros quartos da cozinha comum etc. O chão do quarto não estava muito limpo.
