「Incredibly happy with the location and the staff was amazing. We had a terrible experience at a neighboring Hotel and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to view the room before we checked in. Amazing customer service and VERY clean!」

「The bathroom tub was slanted towards the drain and had several cracks around by the wall. The water pressure was not great and it took several minutes to get hot water in the shower. The breakfast was pretty good with options for everyone. The room was very humid and the covers and rug were actually moist feeling when we arrived to the room. Overall would probably not stay again if I had a similar option for the price」

When I finally got into my room it was full of bugs, dirty sheets and towels and the shower was full of scum and left over soap from a previous stay. The staff did provide me with a fresh set but attempted to charge me for me and I needed to explain I didnt even get to put my bags down to notice how dirty they were. My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out.
