「Mold around the bathtub, cockroaches, spiders and moths in room, main TV did not work, missing light bulbs/various different light bulbs, asked them to change and also install where missing. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing.」

「飯店的職員非常親切、態度很好，也能馬上為旅客解決問題。我們第一天抵達時因為飛機時間較早，但他們也為我們辦理入住。」

「Spacious, recently renovated and tidy room. Caring and nice staff were always helpful. As a solo woman traveler, I definitely felt the sense of security as the driver team supports me with pick up and drop off services. Thank you!」

「Excelente custo benefício」

「Not good safety security, they use the sensor of light system, for only one person traveling doesn't feel good」

「the place was very secured ,but was not happy with cleanness of the room our tea cups were dirty there were no teaspoons for the tea, there was not even a bar fridge in our room not even an ice machine that we could use」

「Fantastic place to be. Regarding the owners, you can't meet better folks. Thanks Annie for your honesty and care!」

「My Standard size Ford Ranger would not fit in the garage and no other secure parking available. I had to park the vehicle side ways to get it in. No back up power to deal with load shedding. the floors were not clean. Never again」

「All was good, the reception ladies were friendly.」

「I'm coming back soon it was very nice visiting your place」

「The picture looks better than the real thing. Everything in the room was old and it's quite cool to be stay in winter even the heater is on. The shopping centre is just opposite to the hotel and we had great fun there. But shops closed at 5 and supermarket closed at 6 in Joberg. So go out earlier . Staff is helpful. All in all, we just get what we pay for.」

「Clean and welcoming」
