「Loved this new hotel. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfy. Staff at front desk was great very helpful and sweet. Only thing was the noise we heard constantly in the walls. We were beside the stairwell and the sound I thought was motor cycle but it turns out to be the elevator. Every few minutes I would hear the motor and it was down the hall from us. After a while I got used to it. But it was like an adventure to figure out where it was coming from. Odd for a new hotel to have its...

格雷文赫思特穆蘇科卡碼頭萬豪residence inn飯店

8/10 不錯哦
"Everything about the hotel was excellent, except for the pool and jacuzzi area, which we had been particularly looking forward to. Several children were running around, shouting, and repeatedly jumping into both the pool and jacuzzi, while their parents made no effort to manage their behavior, even when present. We ended up leaving after just a brief dip. What was supposed to be a relaxing experience left us feeling even more stressed. We were also concerned about the water hygiene under these circumstances."

"I had a pleasant stay at this motel. The front desk staff, the gentleman at reception, was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. He always did his best to assist with any requests, which made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bedding felt incredibly fresh—like the sheets were changed daily. It made for a very relaxing and restful night's sleep. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy at times. However, it was still acceptable and didn't significantly affect our stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service."
