Our experience was awful! We had a booking at this property and had even pre-paid for our room. But when we arrived to check in after a long drive and a long hard day, we were told that our room was not available because they were "overbooked", and we were one of many parties that were being sent to a Quality Inn instead. When we originally booked the room, there was no warning about this being a possibility, otherwise we'd have never booked a room there. And when this happened, there was NO APOLOGY whatsoever, and when we tried to speak to the manager about it (who the front desk clerk was on the phone with), the front desk clerk snapped and swore at us! He loudly shouted at us to stay the F away from his phone - even though he took our phone just a few moments before, to look at our booking. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional to treat us this way! Rather than being apologetic for sending us away, he acted like we were the ones in the wrong. It's not right to swear at your customers! Everyone in the lobby was shocked. We ended up having to drive to the Quality Inn, which was miles away, and spend our night there. The bottom line is - do NOT book this place if you want to avoid this kind of hassle and hostile attitude. They'll simply turn you away if your room is being occupied by the previous party if that party decides to "extend their stay". So what good is your booking, if the previous occupant gets to call the shots? You are at their mercy!
