"What an absolute stunner! I love the authentic ski lodge feel. A well-maintained property. Not sure when it was built but the exposed pipes, and wood details make me think this chalet has been around a while but tastefully kept and updated. The windows open so you can enjoy the mountain air, a fire is kept going in the common area, antique and leather seating throughout, and actual cutlery and dinnerware instead of throwaways. Just cozy and comfy exuded everywhere. The room is spacious and tidy, with a little kitchenette, and an updated bathroom. Staff has been so kind and friendly and helpful. Glad we found this mountain hideaway."

"Staying at the Belton Chalet is being part of history. It’s a beautiful 100+ year old hotel. Please be realistic in your expectations, as there are no elevators and you are close to the old railway station - all part of the charm! Muffins and coffee/tea at breakfast was a treat. We had our grandchildren with us and they loved the ping pong table, board games, etc at the Chalet. And make your dinner reservation at the restaurant. It’s very nice. This is our second time to stay here. Highly recommended it!"
