「Do not bother staying here if you’re expecting basic human decency. The night audit at the front desk ruined our stay within the first minute of being in the building. Unhappy guest facing staff is not the way to make guests feel welcome!」

「We were lucky not to have any issues with overbooking of rooms that other folks did, but elevator didn’t work and we were on the 5th floor (24 weeks pregnant). Also, 10am in the morning a maintenance man just let himself into the room! We weren’t checked out yet and he just barged right in! Usually have good luck with LaQuinta but this want good in multiple ways.」

We were going to a concert so we were told to just come back after the concert to get our key. We got a key at 2 AM and entered the room. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned at all.
