"This, the Doubletree and Motel 6 are the only hotels near the Claremont colleges. The Doubletree is a DOUBLETREE that charges like they’re the Ritz. Absolutely ridiculous. We refuse to do it simply on principle. The Motel 6 is gross. So you’re left with this. It’s fine, but not worth what they charge. 1. Breakfast is bad. No fruit. Oatmeal loaded with sugar. Yuck. 2. Workout room soooo smelly. No bikes. Treadmill broken. No mats. 3. Room is fine but hotel very noisy. And massive bright light automatically turns on when you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Good luck getting back to sleep after that. We’re AirBnB’ing next time. Half the price. Just as close. "

"There was so many things wrong with this place. The TV was broken we called the office and they came and saw it and said not to worry but didn't give us another room we didn't say nothing because we weren't going to watch TV we were just staying there because we had a flight at 6am. The sheets were smelly and stained we did not sleep at all we layed on top of the covers but even the pillowcase smelled it was awful. No tissue paper in the box, the bathroom floor was sticky. I knew this was an economy motel but never expected that. Let more tired than if I slept in my car or at the airport. "

"I love staying at Extended Studios Ontario. Webdy, Manuel and Evelyn are such a joy to interact with. Always kind and so attentive. Hotel is so clean and very quiet. The houeleepers are very friendly as well. Cant wait to see the final upgrades being done and hopefully there will still be free washing and drying from the lau dry room. "

"First off the staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious the decor was modern which I love. The kitchen did have utensils and other dishware that came in handy which was a huge plus. The ac worked amazing jad the room nice and cool. The reasons I did not rate a 5 star was for the following: 1. The elevator was down and not in service, 2. The toilet paper was well over halfway gone , 3. The shower doors were dirty, 4. The chair in the room had some stains on it, 5. The bedding had some fluff on it 6. The amenities provided can be better for ex. Include toothbrush, toothpaste, maybe a water bottle...... but overall my stay was good and would probably book again."
