「Clean room wounderful staff and the breakfast was great 」

「It’s terrible, we going to vacation 10days. This hotel is the worst. It’s a smoking hotel. When I get in room, i fell bad, but it’s too late. I can’t change room, we still live this room, i wake up so many times all night. I can’t sleep well. 」

「A bit dirty. Floor wasn’t clean. Bed sheets had hair, and pillow cases some dark stains. Blood stains on the shower. It’s a nice hotel, nice location, I wish they did a better job with cleaning. And it would be nice if the breakfast was included.」

「I was taken aback when the continental breakfast was a $10 charge. I wasn't expecting that. The free coffee had no flavors or flavored cream--A real standard nowadays. The breakfast time which I usually enjoy was empty of people (probably because of the charge) and loud. The tv was playing music very loudly. I enjoy a little music or the news in the morning while I read and drink my coffee. The rooms were great and the facility was beautiful. 」

「The room was an unexpected surprise. It was a very spacious, high end and plush king size bedroom. It was clean. It was immaculate. The small kitchenette was a great addition. However I did not need that. I booked room from Expedia and it was a $100 a night plus tax. It was a very nice clean and safe place. In the the center of St. John Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida. 」

「This was a new hotel. Pretty sure no one had stayed in our room before. Hotel is super clean! It was quiet except we could hear people walking on the floor above us. The hotel is close to a lot of good places to eat too. Would stay here again. 」

「breakfast was rarely ready on time. I planned my stay around being able to eat and leave early for work but had to make other arrangements on most days.」

「That was one of the nastiest places EVER. It didn't look anything like the website. I booked for 2 nights, only stayed for one night. Thought it was the new studio rooms but it was actually where people live and school bus drop off children. Booked 2 doubles. It took 3 times to get the key to be set to open the door.the tv had been stolen and there was no curtains. The tubs are very dirty and the white surface had been scrubbed off. He then put us in room with a king bed....not much better....
