「If you’re thinking about staying in Lakeland, stay here! It’s close to everything, just a few miles to Joker Merchant Stadium, and Cheddar restaurant is in the same parking lot, it is delicious. We stayed 3 nights and had zero complaints/problems. The hotel is so clean, smells so fresh, rooms were roomy, beds comfortable, and clean, staff were all nice, and complimentary breakfast was delicious-not your normal free hotel breakfast. The pool and workout areas were also very nice. The best part is...

「Friendly staff, decent breakfast; room was not very clean- black mold in the tub and gunk all over the hair dryer- which I was able to request a clean one. They seemed a little short staffed but all working very hard. 」

「Service was great. Property needs a refresh. Not like the Hyatt Place hotels we are used too staying at. Dark and room had an ordor. Stayed one night. Pajamas smelled like hotel room when unpacking. Not a great experience. 」

「Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work. Second, the mattress still has a plastic cover on it that hasn’t been removed. It’s just a thin sheet on top, and when I lie down, it feels damp and clammy. Every time I turn over, the plastic makes a loud noise, which really affects my sleep quality.」

「Air conditioning was the best thing in room.. bathroom was dirty tub was dirty toilet was dirty.. sheets had brown stain funny smell in room… roaches everywhere crawling on wall headboard even when sleeping roaches in bed. So I just woke up and left room」

「Time to get new bedsheets. You can tell they've been washed and used so many times over its lifespan, very dull and had stains. Room has no air circulation so had to keep air conditioning on. Staff was friendly. Easy check-in and checkout.」

「They welcomed our pets (for a fee). I appreciate the dog potty area and for providing bags and a place to put the waste. The hotel was clean and so was our room.」

「It was a bit frustrating driving 4 hrs to be told that our room wasn’t ready at 4:30 when check in time was 3. Then when we came back after attending the concert at the Strawberry festival there was no parking available because of all the construction equipment in the parking lot. But the young lady who was working allowed us to park in the front. She was extremely nice and the issues had nothing to do with her. 」
