「The B&B was amazing We stayed in the annexe which was like home from home Extremely well equipped and furnished to a very very high standard with everything and more than you could hope for The breakfast was very tasty 5 stars and more for the Hill If you are visiting the high force waterfalls like we did I would highly encourage and recommend that you stay at the Hill B&B 」

「The room was spotless, you can tell it was recently renovated. The amenities were amazing, the beds were super comfortable and we had one of the best sleeps we’ve ever had at a hotel. The breakfast the next day was phenomenal, there is good choice. We went for the vegetarian breakfast and those veggie sausages were top class! Kids also loved the pancakes. 「On arrival the radiator wasnt working so the lovely host moved rooms and couldnt do enough to make sure i was ok. Then threw in a couple of free beers. The staff working literally couldnt do enough to help」

「Very spacious well equipped cottage situated just off the main street of Barnard Castle right by the parish church. We were able to check in early, which was a big help, and when we arrived we delighted to see how spotlessly clean it was. The beds and furnishing were comfortable and would have no hesitation in reccommending the cottage to our friends and family」

「It certainly has a wow factor with the tallest windows and ceilings I've seen in a small residential property. The fixtures, fittings and appliances are all high quality, (sadly lacking any manuals). Best to use what three words to locate it as the sat nav on postcode takes you to the wrong side of a wall, albeit very close to the front door. You do get some road noise from the main road due to the vented double glazing but this dies down at night so isn't an issue. All in all a great rental....
