「Gréât staff at the hotel. Special thanks to Brice. Wonderful view from room overlooking the chateau of Carcassonne. Location is good, can walk to the Chateau in 5 to 10 minutes. Short walk of 5 minutes to Place Carnot for restaurants. 」

「Visitors need to understand that taking the city bus is a viable alternative for those without a car. Our taxi never arrived at the train station, so we walked. A memorable walk, but a little more gruelling than necessary.」

「My husband and I visited Carcassonne for a couple of days and we chose this hotel with half board. The location is excellent, very clean and convenient. The half board consisted of a decent breakfast and buffet dinner. The room was a bit small but otherwise this was an excellent deal. I highly recommend it to those who don’t want to spend to much while maintaining decent standards.」

「Convenient stop close to autoroute, but only short drive into town centre for evening sightseeing. Room extremely small but this to be expected . Very welcoming and helpful receptionist. Good parking. Some traffic noise at rear. 」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」
