This was a good spot, at a reasonable price, in a decent location with sensible parking at the public car park behind. 3rd floor and no lift - not a problem for us but apartments 3-14 should not be considered if you cannot tackle stairs. That said, the immediate area around the building is hilly so if you struggle with mobility I recommend you look elsewhere. The unit was clean but was lacking in careful maintenance with a few demerits - no kitchen sink plug, leaking shower screen, broken bath overflow, fridge door didn't stay closed if there was something in it (like milk in the door tray) - none of these were material. There was a Tesco Express an 8 minute walk away, bars and restaurants started 2 minutes away, the BIC and pier was 10 minutes walk away.

I visited Bournemouth for the airshow. The apartment was very clean an tidy when I arrived. It was in an excellent location due to its proximity to both the town centre and the beach.

Property condition: The place was literally falling apart. The plumbing to the bath meant water flooded into the apartment below. Then to top it off, the window literally fell in. After a medium breeze blew onto it. It almost fell onto my wife, and was not light at all. Communication: We phoned to let them know what happened and asked that someone did not come and wake us up in the middle of the night, knowing the water had stopped leaking, however a man came late at night and started ripping up the bathroom. We were told he would not be there until the morning. He also came into our room without waiting. We were only there for 2 nights. God knows what would habe happened if we were there any longer. Area around the property: The building is right next to a graveyard, so a little creepy. But to make it worse people were shouting outside at all hours. Cleanliness: There was a large dead moth to great us in the bath. Overall: We will definitely not be returning.

Apartment was clean, well kitted out. Easy to check in, good location for beach, parking, pier and shops. Around the building the area felt a little rough but we had no issues. Cheap car park close by.

Nice solid place to stay. Close to beach and town. No thrills but just what’s needed in Bournemouth. I would consider this if I was staying again.

Spacious apartment in central Bournemouth
Great location for gardens, pier, beach and town. Apartment was spacious and clean throughout. Great shower which is always good after a day on the beach! only slight negatives are that the sofa was not comfy at all to relax in the evening, and that the corridors outside the apartment didn't smell great...but these are minor issues to be fair.
