「We booked this Mercure in Orleans as it had a swimming pool in summer. We arrived to find that the swimming pool was closed, very disappointed. Don't take the breakfast in this hotel, too expensive (9 Euros), there are lots of choices just outside the hotel (1.9 Euro for Cafe Croissant!). The rooms were clean, but very, very small! The elevator was also quite small, only 3 persons could fit into it. The counter was very friendly and helpful. The wireless internet was fine and strong.
