「Excellent service…. Breakfast is continental, but nice choice.. everyone was helpful and courteous. A good choice of bistros and restaurants of many choices right within 5 minutes.. local, not touristy. Vavin metro, 5 minutes away, and was excellent to get to St Germain, Odeon and le Marais. 「I really love this hotel with its artistic atmosphere, the rooms are very textured with wood and linen, and all the little details are very thoughtful! 「飯店房間很多，所以隨時都有很多人出入。很多人不會用電梯，常擠在電梯口。基本上沒什麼服務，冰塊要自己到一樓酒吧要，Room service 送要錢。每天房內整理都不確實補上備品，連沐浴乳用完了也沒補充。甚至有一天整個房間都沒整理。房務人員一早十點就在敲門想整理，我人都還在房內。頂樓高級酒吧營業到2點，晚上隱約還能聽到音樂聲。」
