"Lors de notre séjour à l’Ibis Styles de Bourbon Lancy, nous avons rencontré plusieurs problèmes. La chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure du check-in. Pour nous faire patienter, la réceptionniste nous a proposé de nous offrir une consommation au bar. Nous avons accepté : un jus de poire pour mon fils et un Coca Zéro pour moi. "Easy to find, plenty of parking and in a quiet location. The building is shared between it's elderly residents and paying guests. Keys to the rooms were in named envelopes on the front desk. Spacious, clean room with balcony and well equipped kitchen area. "

"Cosy small french hotel, but it is stuck in the 90's and needs a makeover. The wallpaper on our room had started to loosen from the walls, and the bathroom light didn't work. The staff tried to fix it, but wasn't able to. (We were allowed to use the bathroom in another vacant room instead, so they did their best to solve the issue). Hopefully the next family staying in their 4 bed room will be able to turn on the lights. Breakfast was suprisingly nice, croissants and baguettes, some cereals and...
