「The staff were some of the most helpful and wonderfully nice I’ve ever met. Truly amazing service throughout the property. Beautiful location, felt very luxury, and amazing food. The most comfortable beds ever, with thick duvets. Everything felt new.」

「Sowohl die Zimmer, als auch das Geschirr in den Restaurants waren nie wirklich sauber. Zudem ist das Inventar auch nicht im besten Stand. Das Essen ist leider auch nicht wirklich gut. Toll ist die Bucht am Meer, die man sofort erreichen kann. Aber alles in allem ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis schlecht. 」

「Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de cet hôtel ! Endroit magnifique et paisible. Une piscine superbe , un personnel aux petits soins et très souriant . Mention spéciale pour les personnes en charge du petit déjeuner, un moment de qualité avec des produits excellents . Si nous devions regretter quelques petites choses, ce serait l'absence de la restauration qui d'après ce que nous avions vu sur le site était de qualité , visiblement des changements ont eu lieu donc plus de restaurant, dommage ....

「Superb location on bay with harbour full of expensive boats. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Room was modernised to very high standard. Inexpensive parking at nearby underground car parks. 」

「All of the meals, the facilities, and the rooms here at the Hotel Arena are amazing! And its a 3 minute walk from the train station, direct from the Nice airport! (Yet there is no noise, because all trains are electric.) I have stayed here several times and I very highly recommend it. The grounds are lovely and blend historic culture, and reasonable prices with full amenities. I have moved to Frejus and now recommend this hotel for all of my guests.」

「Great spot right by the beach. The room had an amazing view of the sea and had a little kichenette. The restaurant on site shuts at 18.00 but you can order a take away to have in your room or terrace. We bought some wine from the shop and had a lovely evening listening to the sea.」

「The location was perfect, and the room was comfortable. The A/C worked well. However, we didn’t see much of the staff. Even on the last day, when we asked for assistance, someone was supposed to be there, but we didn’t see anyone.」
