「The staff at The Boulders was uniformly excellent. The robust system of communication options (text, voice call, or in person) is supported by a 24-hour on-site transportation system by golf cart. The grounds are pleasant. But the facility needs maintenance. We went as a large group, renting three "casitas". One flooded. One had a stuck door and leaky bathroom. One had a strong odor of mold. The staff was able to move one of our parties to a non-moldy room, try make some emergency...

「We are supposed to checkout at 12pm, but a staff opened our door and came into our before at 11:50 without knocking the door while we were changing. Also, the noise cancellation is very bad that we can hear the loud music from next door. And there is a machine in the room that occasionally makes huge noises, which affects our sleep a lot.」

「The bed was so nice!!! Very comfortable. Got a great nights sleep!!! 5 stars for that alone. 👍」

「很安全的地方，房間設施很棒，特別是洗衣設施。工作人員也非熱心，因為我的班機非常晚，他們能幫我保管行李箱，讓我晚一點再回來領行李箱。非常謝謝他們。」

「Quiet environment and convenient place for shopping & eating.」

「The front desk staff is nice.」

「預訂時候說停車免費，結帳收了20美金，不知道為什麼？！」
