「Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee.

「Service at the Boulderado is excellent from the valet holding the door for me upon arrival to my smooth and friendly check-in by Ellie at the front desk right up to departure where they made sure my stay was pleasing and my transportation was taken care of the staff was wonderful.
