「Staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site food options were good. However, the stay didn't match what you'd expect from a hotel. Guests are expected to take out their own trash, including before checkout. On a longer stay, that adds up to a lot of rubbish to dispose of. The listing also advertised room service on request, but we were told housekeeping only happens after 6 days. Having to clean up and haul trash before leaving made this feel like a short-term rental rather than a hotel....

「There was no iron nor ironing board in the room. We had to request hangers as there were on 2 hangers available. It took 3 days to get the shower gel topped up.」

「Un très court séjour me permets tout de même de donner un avis favorable sur l'accueil, les services et le personnel à l'écoute. Vraiment je suis ravie de mon passage à cet hôtel. Un bel établissement, propre et convivial.」

「I stayed there for 7 nights. There was a used soap when I first moved in. The AC is freezing cold and can't adjust. I saw hairs several times in the towels. The pillow is too low. I won't say it's a good experience staying there.」

「As a solo female traveller it was best option to stay for 1 night and it was safe and secure Enjoyed the stay..」

「L’appartement est beau, propre et actuel! Toutes les commodités y sont ! L’emplacement est très bien! La salle de bain est petite, mais c’est correct. Nous avons beaucoup aimé !」

「Great place to stay!」

「I loved that the entire kitchen and eating area was outside on the balcony. I love the swimming pool and Restaurant. The view was spectacular and the staff was amazing. Honestly, there was nothing that I didn’t like about this place.」

「all around the property was well maintained, excellent WIFI. The property is very well situated to go around in Martinique. DO NOT forget to bring mosquito reppelent !!」

「The room was clean. But we had to change our room 2 times because the air conditioner was not working. No compensation was offered for our troubles. The property need a serious upgrade. The location is fantastic, just on the beach.」

Dommage : salle d’eau minuscule, pression d’eau trop faible. Porte battante d’accès à l’espace chambre : pas sécure et trop ajourée (regards extérieurs). En arrivant au restaurant pour...

「Amazing location with great staff!」

「Bathroom was too small...everything you shower, the floor is all wet...had to ask for extra towels many times....Room was not serviced well....floor was not clean」

「Bel appartement propre, excellent service, excellent emplacement à proximité des plages et restos. Stationnement facile.」

「Quirky, boutique style hotel/lodge with beautiful, large, independent and well equipped villas, in the hills above Les Trois Ilets. Exceptional views of the bay from the main hotel. Perfect relaxation, after a week out at sea on a sailing boat. Out door spa was wonderfully relaxing with their signature massage for 2. The staff were very well trained, welcoming and nothing was too much. The lady on the front desk could not do enough for us to make our stay pleasant. Incredible value for money.」
