The check-in process was efficient, and I was pleased to locate my room promptly. I would like to extend my gratitude to the reception team for their kindness. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the view from my room, as I typically reserve rooms with a more appealing outlook.
The television channels primarily featured sports programming, which did not align with my preferences. Additionally, I encountered difficulty finding a convenient location to charge my phone, as there were no readily accessible outlets near the beds.
While I appreciate the morning running activity with the manager, I regret not being able to participate, as I would have liked to share my feedback regarding the breakfast. Perhaps the manager does not partake in breakfast, or perhaps he has other preferences.
Unfortunately, the breakfast selection was rather limited. I was surprised to find that the orange juice seemed to have been diluted with water. I would suggest sourcing juices from a supplier like Costco to improve the quality. The lack of eggs, even simple boiled eggs, was also noticeable. The bagels appeared to be stale, making them difficult to consume. As we were preparing to return to New York, we had hoped for a more satisfying breakfast experience.
The checkout process was satisfactory. The lady simply collected my key without providing any further explanation. I did, however, appreciate the service provided by the lady who assisted with the check-in.
