The owner Carl communicates quickly. Defo booking again!! Bonus that you can book a few days rather than the usual caravans that you have to book in week blocks. Winner for me and my solo trips」

「Apartment was amazing! Really spacious and very grand! Why sray in a small hotel room when you can stay somewhere like this. Owner really nice and very helpful too. City centre c30 minute walk, which is where the main restaurants are too, although we really enjoyed spending an evening in tge apartment and having a take away delivered via Deliveroo!」

「The only thing that there was no parking outside the property we had to park in the street behind the ship inn pub for the 4 day stay so we didnt get ticketed. But besides that overall pleasant enough and only 10 min walk into the town at the top end near the seal sanctuary. 」

「The flat was well appointed generally and nicely finished. I had 2 issues, the first being that the electric heaters did not works and even though i downloaded a manual, they would not come on. It was a bit cold so i used the fan oven with the door open to warm the flat up. Not ideal and not economical. The second issue was the lack of a frying pan. Bed was very comfy and despite the issues, I would stay here again.」

「Nothing my room was a storage room 」

「Not what I paid for. The accommodation I booked several weeks in advance was not available when I arrived and was taken to a room with just a bed in it, in the renters own house, which was in a mess as it was being done up. I was not even given a key so the house was not secure at any time. I even had to ask to borrow a towel. I paid for two nights in advance but lady after one night as the place was so awful. 」

「Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. It was dog friendly and our cocker spaniel absolutely loved the stay, lots of beautiful walks around the site, people to meet and it’s less than 20 mins to Skegness for the beach.
