"The property photos are not accurate. The property is old and outdated. As soon as I get off the elevator there’s a horrible odor of mold and mildew. There’s cleaning supplies and dirty laundry in carts left unattended on the hallways all day every day. Upon entering my room, all the furniture was outdated and in terrible condition. There were stains on the carpets and mold on the walls and ceiling. Not to mention roaches! Yes roaches!!!! They were everywhere. I notified staff and was told there was no other room available to move to. The best part about the hotel was the pool. I spent my time in the room actually sitting on the patio and just enjoying the view because after seeing how they dropped the ball on the cleanliness of the hotel, I wouldn’t dare get in the pool/hot tub. I was scared that that hadn’t been cleaned either, and I would hate to come home with some unknown rash or sickness from the pool. Don’t book this hotel save your money!!! "

"The room was not cleaned only the bed made. No trash in trash cans were removed etc. Some staff were kind and others were very rude. The hotel was old and the breakfast was not up to Embassy standards in US. This Hilton brand has really gone down over the years. The location on the beach was nice. I would not recommend this Embassy Suites."

"The room was spacious and clean. Our room had ocean view, and there were no issues with our two dogs. There is plenty of parking space. The property itself was ok yet it could use a little additional cleaning. There was standing water in the stairs, and the third floor breakfast area trash can could benefit from a little cleaning as there was a foul smell in the area."

"Overall nice, breakfast was okay! My room smelled moldy coming from AC units. Very very strong smell. "

"The room itself was nice and clean but dont expect any extras such as water, coffee etc. Does have 2 small burners for cooking but no microwave. The temperature in the living room a/c was set and could not be changed. The exterior was nice but the pool could have been cleaner. The worker they have living and taking care of the property was very unfriendly and offered little to no assistance."
