「Check in 溝通比較難 屋內設備完善，好適合幾個家庭一齊渡假 但厠所通風系統比較差，常常聞到異味 但整體不錯 有機會會再次入住」

「Amazing stay!!! As two English only speakers the staff were wonderful with trying to accommodate and communicate with us. The lady at the front desk who was short with short hair was so kind to us. The property is amazing and the traditional Japanese room was fabulous. Love the stay. Public bath was a unique and clean experience, dinner and breakfast were included! Would definitely return. 」
