"Ideal as a quick stay for an early flight. We had to walk as were flying from a different terminal but it was only 10-15 mins. Breakfast quite basic but it was 6am!"

Handy for early morning flights
"Lovely hotel with amazing access to the airport, very clean and its great there is a gym and pool. The restaurant and bar are very modern but quite small so was very busy. The shop is VERY expensive - £5 for a bottle of water, £4.50 for small pringles! Finally i was surpised given this is an airport ..."

Here's an interesting thing. Looks like a circular sheep pen made from dry stone walls split by two chunky and smooth wooden kissing styles. It is a viewing point with about a dozen holes through the top stones aligned to frame landmarks on the 360 degree horizon, with lovely industrial looking metal 'eyepieces' bearing the names of what you are looking it. Tegg's Nose hill is the site of a disused quarry that operated from the 16th century until 1955.
