「Pas de climatisation, pas de ventilation, chambre très petite, vacarme toute la nuit causé par les mouettes qui ont élu domicile sur le toit du bâtiment à côté de l’hôtel. Deux nuits sans vraiment dormir.」

「Bathroom with shower was super small and not super clean. Bed mattresses were also not very comfortable, but fine for one night. We stayed at two B&B hotels, this one and one in Caen and the one in Caen was much nicer so there is a great deal of difference between this chain of hotels.」

「Suite à notre passage à Veulette nous sommes venus dormir a l' hôtel des bains . Le propriétaire était vraiment très sympathique. En ce qui concerne la chambre elle était très propre mais mériterait d' être modernisée et le lit un peu mou mais nous avons très bien dormi. Le petit dej complet et bcp de choix. Je conseille cet hôtel .」

「職員好nice，需要幫助時有適切回應。不過房間設施比想像中少，沒有熱水煲、洗手液或肥皂、面巾。三人房張單人床出乎意外竟然係衣櫃裡，感覺麻麻地，感覺好似瞓在衣櫃裡。。。。以及售賣機只能收硬幣，不能收卡或紙幣，比較落伍呢，亦增添房客麻煩呢！」

「Clean and parts of the room were newly renovated but other parts were not. It has a vibe of the old beach hotel it would have been in the 50s!」

「Une arrivée compliquée car l'hôtel est en travaux, pas d'information sur la façon d'accéder à la chambre. Obligé de communiquer par SMS pour avoir des infos simples comme le code Wifi, la porte de la chambre laissée contre pour pouvoir accéder à la chambre laissée ouverte pour mon arrivée ne me semble pas très safe. La chambre est très agréable, en revanche très mal isolée, on entend tout ce qui se passe sur la place ou dans le couloir.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tje location was ideal, close to the beach and the port.」

「A nice room with welcome air conditioning and a comfortable bed, but overall the experience was disappointing given the expectations of the price point and Mercure brand: only paper cups provided in lieu of glasses; dreadful coffee in the room with only powdered milk that was well past its due date; and paying extra for a sea view is not worth the money as all one can see is a derelict outdoor swimming pool. Bike parking was fine.」
