「We had a very comfortable stay Beds comfortable , plenty of tea,coffee and milk + Ribenas. The food menu was excellent as was the food itself 」

「Nice staff. But walls peeling in bathroom, door entry into room has huge gap underneath so you can hear everything in and out of the room. Flies buzzing around, bins being emptied at 8am next to our room. Mould in bathroom」

「Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car. The view from the patio was endless countryside and at night it was rural enough that there was no light pollution and could see the stars. Room was well stocked with all types of teas and coffees. 「Absolutely immaculate room, the little pub attached does great food and excellent beers. 」

「The hotel is part of a historic inn which was very atmospheric. We stayed in a family room for 3 people and the room was warm and cosy and welcoming as we arrived just before 9pm and it was a bit chilly in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent and in a nice dining room in a genuine rural setting. Service was friendly & excellent.」

「Great landlord - welcoming and super friendly. Superb range of real ales and an awesome full English breakfast. Room was comfortable, fairly spacious (we had the triple) and clean. Broom was a little compact and basic. Overall a good friendly pub with basic but good facilities. 」
