"This is a wonderful property in Borjomi, it's a little out of the way but close enough to get a taxi into town. The hotel was great, very comfortable rooms with great staff, and they have a bidet, a true gem."

"the hotel is conveniently located in a walkable area and well designed. the staff is friendly. we ordered the hotel specifically since it had a spa. however, it did not operate in our 2 day stay and we were not informed in advance or during our stay. only when we asked we were told that it's in renovation. we asked if there was any arrangement with another hotel so we can use their facilities as a courtesy. the front desk manager tried to help and updated that we can visit a neighbor hotel sap...

"Host (Sukhan) was the best. Always smiling and helpful. Check-in was quick, excellent breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. We visited Rabati palace, Green Monastry and Bakuriani, Sukhan arranged for our transport and also coordinated with the drivers on our behalf. We never felt that we are in a different country, it felt like family with love and lot of warmth. Thank you Sukhan for being such a fabulous host, looking forward to coming down again in the future.
