Da wir bereits zwei Stunden vor dem regulären Check-in ankamen, erwartete uns ein Mitarbeiter, half uns beim Einchecken und ermöglichte uns sogar einen früheren Check-in. Auch während des Aufenthalts wurde sich per E-Mail erkundigt, ob wir etwas benötigen oder Unterstützung brauchen. Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer waren sehr sauber....
