Bonjour Le personnel est disponible, accueil satisfaisant Ménage correct mais signe de vieillissement : «radiateur rouillé dans la salle de bains ! » Petit déjeuner correct, mais même pas une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre ! Parking minuscule et cher !

Bad staff, no AC, and barely 2 star

Never book this dump. We checked into our room to find the AC did not work at all. The young lady at the front desk acted like she could care less and told us it might be an hour or more, perhaps tomorrow, for someone to fix it. This is in s place that is 85 degrees with 70% hummidity! When I asked to change rooms I was told none were available, but that is a complete like as the housekeeping staff were cleaning a ton that were vacant and they told me no issues getting moved. The issue here was the snotty young lady at the front desk as we might have stayed if they would have actually cared. Instead we left immediately and went to the hotel next door and were treated like kings. We are getting a refund via our credit card dispute services as this place was TERRIBLE.

Bella Vista sul Mare

We were disappointed in our room on the first floor, having stayed on the third floor before. We spoke to the gentleman at the desk and shortly thereafter we were moved to a much nicer room on the second floor. The staff also made a light lunch of bread, cheese and wine for us since we had missed the regular lunch times. We love the area and the service is excellent.

schönes Hotel mit unehrlichen Praktiken

Das Hotel war schön, nur der Frühstücksraum hat fürchterlich nach Kloake gestunken. Wir haben über AMEX gebucht und angeblich war das im nachhinein nicht möglich. Man hätte uns deswegen angerufen (ist aber leider nicht geschehen). Der Besitzer war sehr unfreundlich und hat uns beschimpft. Wir werden hier ganz bestimmt nicht mehr #Station machen

Sehr familiäres Hotel direkt am Strand.

Zwischen Strand und Hotel verläuft eine Strandpromenade, die nicht von Autos befahren wird. Dennoch ist - meistens morgens - schon die Putzkolonne unterwegs mich und meinen Schlaf nicht gestört hat :-) Die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht ganz glücklich, da das Hotel nur wenige Stellplätze hat. Doch mit ein wenig Flexibilität kann man auch dieses Thema lösen. Rundum fand ich es ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in diesem Hotel.

Ho soggiornato per tre notti con mia moglie in occasione del Festival di Sanremo e, devo ammettere che si è dormito veramente bene, sia per il letto comodo, sia per la zona molto silenziosa; con il rumore soft delle onde del mare.Il personale della reception è stato molto disponibile e gentile. lo consiglio alle coppie. Non ha parcheggio interno ma in compenso non ho avuto difficoltà a lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio adiacente l'albergo.
