Doesn't match the stars
Two make-shift beds were crammed into a double room to make a room for four. The price given upon booking was only for the double room and the extra person was charged additionally. The tray for tea/coffee was full of dust. There was no place in the bathroom to hang the towels so we had to be environmental unfriendly. We smashed a few cockroaches in the room.

Aire acondicionado no funcionaba
Lamentablemente el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en tres habitaciones que usamos las dos primeras noches; era difícil dormir así con un calor casi insoportable. En las habitaciones que usamos las últimas dos noches el aire acondicionado apenas refrescaba.

Bonjour Bonne ambiance dans l’hotel. Service ok. Mais le fait de payer la semaine lors de l’arrivée m’a surpris. Puis cela m’a déçu lorsque j ai vu d’autres clients payer lors du check-out… je ne devais sûrement pas inspirer confiance à l’hôte d’accueil… les préjugés ont la peau dur. Sinon hôtel sympa.

Les équipements de la salle de bains sont vieux, abîmés, il manque des joints et des vis, la bonde du lavabo est noircie par l’ancienneté. La réception nous a affirmé que tout l’étage serait entièrement rénové à la fin de l’année. En attendant la qualité n’est pas au niveau de ce que l’on attend dans un novotel

We stayed in Novotel Bordeaux Lac for 5 days and had a lovely time! Our room was comfortable and clean, the food at the hotel restaurant was very nice, the staff kind and helpful and our 9 year old son also enjoyed the games room which had an XBox and a bar football. Highly recommended!

Au secours
Une mauvaise expérience. Après une nuit passée au Novotel nous avons quitté les lieux. Personnel désagréable qui semble être extrêmement ennuyé dès que vous posez une question !! Petit déjeuner chaotique le personnel part dans tous les sens et rien n’est fait. Les gens se plainer de n’avoir rien à manger depuis 30 mi. Chambres extrêmement bruyantes. Hôtel accueillant les animaux mais ne prenant pas les mesures adéquates. Donc réveil à partir de 5h à cause de chiens qui veulent sortir. Franchement à ne jamais refaire

Styr unna restauranten
Ok hotell med utendørs svømmebasseng, AC og rikelig med ladestasjoner for elbil. Restauranten var imidlertid under pari. Første kvelden med bufe bar kjøttet overstekt og nærmest uspiselig. Andre kvelden med meny fikk vi en kyllingrett som var kald. Anbefaler heller restauranten i hotellet ved siden av.
