Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of old Bordeaux. Walking distance to anything. Charming rooms - small but well designed. Recently upgraded. Nice outdoor courtyard with very small pool, sauna and steam room. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would choose to go to a local cafe or Paul for breakfast as it was pricey at the hotel.

The hotel is at an excellent location and close to tram stops, a variety of shops and restaurants around. The area is not overly busy and it is a great place to relax. The hotel does need some updating. Other than that I did not have any problems. We will definitely consider to come back when we visit Bordeaux again.

The hotel is in a good location and valet parking available at 30 euros per day. Staff helpful upon arrival. The room was satisfactory but the bathroom was poor, it looked tired. The Spa is misleading as there is a small pool which is basically in the bar / communal area and not at all as expected. My wife and I didn’t use as it was not a comfortable place to have a swim. The valet wasn’t there when we checked out at 9.15am so I had to go find my own car in the car park.

The location of the Hotel was excellent! The room had this French cachet and we really enjoyed it. Bed was really comfortable. Only small observation is services are limited (a few staff members trying to cover all jobs from valet to bartender) and the ambiance late afternoon was sleepy. Empty bar/lounge. Guests just not using the facility and common areas. Other than that, excellent.

What a great find. Beautiful, clean and real super helpful. I was even allowed to park my car right outside the hotel doors so they could keep an eye on it. Nice mini bar in room, comfortable bed, AC and in the centre of it all. Top marks
