The best things were the availability of parking inside the property and the quality of attention received from the staff. The worst thing, the room had a "strange smell".

F1 is now more of a Hostel than a Hotel

Despite the website showing a picture of a bathroom in the room, there were only communal ablutions, and no upgrade options. The cheap, basic hotel that was my "go to" in France is no longer an option. Plus, it now costs 3 Euros, if you want a towel.

The room is basically a box with a bed. No towels, (you have to pay if you want one)no soap, toilets are not ensuite (as expected) but have no sink to wash hands. Bed was uncomfortable and sheet was plastic backed bobbly nylon, like an old-fashioned cot sheet. Super basic accommodation.

Do not stay here

The shower room door did not close, the smell was very damp, very small room for two and no fridge. We did not like it and did not stay. The area around the hotel did not look secure and fire doors where left open for all to access. We took one at the room, plus the area and did not stay. Please avoid if you can.

Hostel with private rooms

There were some pros and some cons, so giving a 5/10. This is basically a hostel with private rooms. Pros: -It was clean -beds were comfy -far from center but close to train station -check out at 12 Cons: -awfully thin towels and €3 to use it -rooms are very small -noisy -despiste the sign in the front door saying “English spoken here” the staff I encountered (minus 1 night clerk) didn’t speak English or make an effort to communicate. -perhaps the worst one is that they don’t use sheets on their beds, only mattresses covers, which is very weird to me. I asked and they did give me one but said they don’t normally do that. I did not purchase the breakfast but went down to check it out and I’d never pay €6.5 for croissants and juice (yes, that was it).

L'hÎtel a été rénové cela se voit. Mais l'accueil a été trÚs impersonnel à notre arrivée. Et surtout il n'y a aucune insonorisation à l'intérieur sur les bruits de couloirs notamment. L'extérieur est calme par contre mais trÚs isolé.

On est arrivés et répartis 5 minutes plus tard on a meme pas dormi dans la chambre deja j'avais réservé une chambre a 43 euros et quand j'arrive sur place on m'annonce 38 euros et que la douche et les toilettes son dans le couloirs or moi je n'est pas réserver ca et qui plus est on ma fait payé 38 euros alors que j'ai deja payé par paypal la veille 40,80 donc je demande le remboursement

Moyen mais la faute au site.

Sur le site dĂ©diĂ©, j’avais sĂ©lectionnĂ© une chambre avec salle de bain et toilettes incluses. En arrivant sur place, je me suis retrouvĂ© avec des sanitaires collectif. Alors Vu leurs Ă©tats, j’ai du mal Ă  prĂ©ciser si ils n’étaient pas TrĂšs propre ou si ils avaient besoin de rĂ©novations. Chambre peu lumineuse, Ă©troite et mal insonorisĂ© , literie ok. le petit-dĂ©j’ Ă©tait trĂšs succinct malgrĂ© le prix. Le montant paye pour la chambre est bien au-delĂ  de la prestation fourni. Pour finir, nous avons reçu l’mail des informations sur les serviettes, une demi-heure avant arrivĂ©e. Le seul point positif est l’accueil, nous avons Ă©tĂ© reçu par des personnes Ă©taient trĂšs aimables et serviables.
