clean room. if you need more towels you just ask the front desk. they are very helpful if you need tours to be arranged. there's a restaurant on the first floor with good food. list children as adults if you're going to book this hotel as they won't be included in the count (the reservation only counted the 5 adults) or you will have to pay for their breakfast.

Very friendly and warm staff including Jon, Walzy and Charlie who took keen interest in our comfort and satisfaction for our honeymoon. Decent room, delicious food and breakfast included and ease of access to the shore with lots of nearby shops and restaurants. This resort is a true piece of paradise but would not be complete if it were not for the genuine staff who made our stay even more memorable. A

Good for the price.

Location is the main draw card for this place, step right onto white beach from the hotel and far away enough from Dmall where it’s a bit quiet. Literally in front of the white beach pier for boat activities. Price is great for what you get, really big rooms and pretty quiet. The hotel Is ageing and is showing some signs of wear and tear but if you can look past it you get a pretty good stay for a very cheap price. Breakfast is ok, varied options and taste is alright.

It’s an old hotel, hence, the spacious rooms are legendary. For a minimal room rate, our room is twice the size of the other hotel we stayed at for thrice the price. Will come back to this hotel for a longer period next time.

Friendly staff. Attentive to our needs. Their tour assistant named King made our short stay really worth it because he guided us and made sure we were gonna have fun. I would recommend him to anybody staying at royal park hotel.

Location and value for money.

Best location and value in station 1. Trustworthy staff, I have to leave my wallet and cellphone each time I need to swim on the beach and thy have this safe in the reception area. Room is huge and with wooden furnitures. Feels like home. Love the beach chairs in front of the beach and Filipino breakfast. Will definitely be back and book this hotel again. Extra mile cs service for my free printing of air ticket thanks!

Most uncomfortable bed I've had in Boracay. Water for coffee but no coffee, tea or fixings. Balcony door didn't completely close and window wouldn't open or close. Little things that should have been fixed were left as is. Very poor included breakfast and luke warm.

The staff was incredible. There was nothing else but the room which was ok. There was no pool or anything extra. There was no private beach. The beach lounge equipment like l chairs and umbrellas were old plastic chairs and there was only a coiple. When i go back i will not stay there because there are many other hotels with nicer amenities for about the same price.

No welcome drinks, Breakfast was only pakbit, Egg and Loaf. Nothing else. Room is spacious but outdated and lack of interior designing. No other amenities... The worst part is, the pitcher's cover was very dirty. The only interesting fact is, they are located right in front of the white beach. All in all, it's NOT worthy as rate is higher while getting less.

Previously stayed at this property in 2016 and found it good and value for money. The place has been re-painted cosmetically and bathrooms renovated, the staff were also welcoming and kind. However our party of 6 became unwell with severe chest infection, we are all still unwell. We suspect is due to the air-conditioning and/or linen. We found the rooms smelt damp / mouldy and in one room we noticed a leak coming from the ceiling. Likely filters have not been changed or cleaned. Also not enough seating at breakfast for all rooms. And if you would like dinner/lunch you need to reserve in the morning. A shame from our previous stay, probably not stay again. Thanks

Mooie foto’s en het klopt wel, MAAR: Bedden te hard en niks aan te doen, je kan beter op de grond gaan liggen, het is ws zachter dan het bed. Airco, wat hard nodig is ivm warmte, ingebouwd 3000 jaar geleden en verder niks aan verandert/ onderhouden. Vreselijk lawaai en in de nachten niet te doen. Ontbijt erg beperkt, voornamelijk gericht op filipinos. Verder erg eenzijdig. Vriendelijk personeel en aan het strand

ステーション1の船着場の先にあり、ホテルの目の前はすぐに砂浜。アクビティの船着場までは人がかなり居ますがその先にはあまり人もお店まないのでかなり静かです。不便な点として端にある以上、お店やレストランなどはあまり選択肢がないかなと。ステーション2辺りまで歩くと選択肢が増えます。ホテルの従業員はかなり親切です。
