「The inn looked very quaint on Expedia.com, but come to find out that the restaurant and bar next door are managed separately from the hotel. The manager of the restaurant/bar has nothing to do with the inn! Expedia did not show that this was self check in and that a code would be emailed to us! We stayed 2 nights, no staff on hand, no ice, the tv did not work and no one to call or go to to take care of these issues! There was no one to come in and make up the room! The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay.」
