Extremely poor communication from management, upon arrival we realised the place was under renovation. No communication was made to us otherwise I wouldn’t have selected the property to stay. You book a holiday place in Bonito to relax, as a get away so you can switch off from work, traffic and noise. As we get there, the business is expanding so they had all type of machinery, from drills to hammer drills, grinders, etc. Broken tiles at the main entrance area which gives excess to the rooms and to the swimming pool. Although the cleaners were doing their best to keep the place clean, they could t keep up with the amount of dust. The pool cleaner tried also to keep it up and also couldn’t. Staff weren’t made aware of the renovation and noise throughout the day. Well I’ll try to explain the situation at its best: - customer service, (staff): excellent - food: excellent - cleaning: great of what the cleaners could do (not their fault) - in relation the renovation: unexceptionable, I can’t believe the hotel was open for business, broken tiles everywhere putting people at risk of cutting their feet or worse, no signs, a massive beach of work health and safety. Management/director/owner: the safety of your customer, the respect for giving them them the choice to stay or making them aware of any renovations, and the respect of their peaceful time that people a seeking should be them minimum standards. Habe ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer gebucht.Mir war nicht klar, dass dass Deluxezimmer kein Aussenfenster hat. Kein Tageslicht, nur Innenraum. Toilette hat kein Gebläse für Abluft, nur kleine Öffnung zum Korridor. Safe ist sehr einfach und nicht befestigt, könnte einfach mitgenommen werden. Senderauswahl am TV sehr beschränkt. Alles etwas hellhörig.

O café da manha muito bom. Quartos bons. Funcionários dá recepção não fazem nenhuma cortesia, vc tem carregar tudo, abrir e fechar as portas por causa do ar condicionado. As vezes as duas mãos ocupadas e eles nem se mexem. Nao me informaram que para usar a piscina privativa tinha que avisar antes pra eles colocarem pra aquecer. Piscina privativa agua turva. Como tem um vidro virado pra piscina, nao tem nada de privativo.

A limpeza do quarto e da pousada em geral é muito boa. O atende do primeiro dia não achamos muito simpático, já o atende do 2º dia foi melhor. O atendimento da equipe é ótimo. Porém há algumas questões estruturais na pousada. O quarto (em especial o nosso, n° 1) tem uma falha importante no isolamento acústico. Como é o quarto em frente ao refeitório, avordavamos toda manhã às 5h ouvindo barulhos de louças, afiador de facas e etc. Sem contar as pessoas que passam ali constantemente, para acessar o refeitório e a área de piscina. Em relação a piscina, ela foi pensada muito bem esteticamente, porém não é funcional. Todo o mobiliário é de courino, o que torna inviável pelo calor, fica MUITO quente, e não há nenhum espaço de sombra, nem guarda-sol. As espreguiçadeiras ficam longe da piscina, e perto da piscina há bancos, o que não faz muito sentido. Além disso, a piscina é bem suja no seu fundo e nas laterais. Como no destino os visitantes passam a maior parte do tempo em passeios, me deu a impressão que essa área é somente estética, porém não muito funcional.
