The property is well located with a good restaurant downstairs. The restaurant is pricey, but service is good. The hotel sheets, bed, and pillows were old. The bathroom needs maintenance, the hot water was good. The a/c worked good. The internet did not work at all. The lobby was always clean and the customer service was good. The parking needs to improve, they lock it on Sundays and you need to ask for the key at the restaurant downstairs, but the parking lot door is hard to open.

My husband travel from Punta Cana and needed a place to rest for an activity in the Bonao area so we were grateful that there was availability so late into the night. The hotel was easy to find. Upon our arrival the parking lot is across the street in a plaza. There is an elevator which was convenient but you have to go thru the restaurant to go to the second floor which itā€™s where the hotel lobby is located. The front desk person was on her phone, she asked us to wait for her end her conversation. When told that we made a reservation thru Expedia she was not happy and stated that she did not like those reservations. The room was not as described on the picture. The lobby area was clean but the room was dirty and run down. There was a bag in the bathroom and a manā€™s shirt in the closet. With the previous guest garbage. The location is very noisy as it is located in a very active street above a restaurant. Unless itā€™s a emergency that there is no other option I would not recommend this place.

Very basic hotel, staff was friendly but the property itself is bare minimum. No hot water, and the bed sheets and pillows were old. There is a good restaurant on the first floor with decent food.
