"Nice quiet location in Sth Karen. Perfect unwind after 6 weeks of game drives. Room was comfortable with plenty of space. Breakfast was good. There's some really good cafe's and restaurants within a couple of Km's. Sikina's BBQ and Matte Bronze especially were fantastic."

The waiters were so slow and I was made to wait for my meals for more than an hour even after telling me the food is ready. 3. After clearing with the hotel and checking out, I received another invoice asking to pay an extra 47 usd. I don’t know what is it for and I paid the whole amount due on this platform before even checking in."

"The room was clean and tidy as expected and all the staff friendly. I returned to this place having stayed before. Location is perfect, it is just on the edge of the national park and close by the safari areas, ivory burning site and Uhuru gardens all are in walking distance. Despite feeling quiet and out of the city, it is only half an hour by bolt to central Nairobi. We always enjoy here. On this occasion there had been an accident nearby where a truck crash had knocked out electricity in the neighbourhood. However, the quick thinking management at Red Buffalo got a generator up and running so power was not affected for guests. Well done to them. "

The only concern we experienced was with the air-conditioning unit, which seemed to be releasing some form of gas into the air and caused discomfort. Aside from this issue, Fair Acres Boutique Hotel remains a remarkably beautiful space with exceptional hospitality."
