「We were met by Francisco who told us that the house has been in his family for centuries. They’ve converted many rooms into guest accommodation and modernised but the vibe is charming. 「We stayed in the balcony room, which was split over two cozy levels. Downstairs had a comfy sofa, TV, and a spotless bathroom, while upstairs was a super comfortable king-size bed with a beautiful view. Peaceful, stylish, and a perfect base near Óbidos, Praia De'l Rei, and Ferrel. Swimming pool was perfect temperature to cool down.」

「Good location near to the pretty town Obidos, nice well kept property and a feeling of calmness. Good cold breakfast pre-ordered and laid out at a specified time. Unfortunately our arrival was on the day of the massive power outage that affected most of Europe, so normal dining facilities in the area were not available.」

「Beautiful property, lovely pool and vineyards. Room was so clean and beautifully decorated. The only downside was that we were not informed that the nearby town was having a week long party during our stay. So, there was Very loud Music all night long until 6am, which made sleeping very difficult. Would love to experience the property when that was not happening. 」

We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time.
