Precisa melhorar simpatia na recepcao que é uma área extremante sensível. A tia da limpeza é um amor, deveria colocar ela para atender os hóspedes. Localização muito boa, porém tem problema pra estacionar. Café da manhã ótimo. Quarto que fiquei não tem cabeceira na cama, então quem sofre com isso, precisa atentar!

A Vista para a gruta é perfeita! O ar-condicionado desligou sozinho e não resfriou o suficiente e o calor era absurdo. Uma das janelas do quarto estava com defeito. Não há interruptores individuais na varanda, portanto, o quarto continua sendo iluminado durante toda a noite, dificultando um sono saudável. Havia baratas de geladeira nos alimentos do café da manhã

O hotel estava bem limpo e bem cuidado, porém tinha algumas baratas bem pequenas no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom. Só o estacionamento que fica no meio da rua.

Ótimo atendimento e localização.

Sem dúvidas é um ótimo hotel para se hospedar em Bom Jesus da Lapa. A localização é ótima, muito próximo do principal ponto turístico que é o Santuário, Limpeza estava muito boa e café da manhã gostoso. Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. Com certeza voltaríamos em uma próxima estadia.

Foi uma estadia razoável, recepcionista demorou para atender, depois nos colocou em um quarto diferente do que reservamos, pequeno e sem janela, após reclamarmos, mudou para um melhor e conforme o que tínhamos reservado. O café da manhã é bom, com variedade. Quando reservamos sabíamos que não tinha estacionamento, mas que não seria tão difícil achar lugar para estacionar na frente do hotel. Localização excelente.

Uma boa opção.

Qdo chegamos nos ofereceram um quarto inferior ao reservado, mas logo em seguida cumpriram a reserva e nos alocaram no quarto que havíamos reservado. Os funcionários prestaram um ótimo atendimento! O quarto q ficamos era muito bom. Novinho! Muito bem localizado. Uma observação. Antes das 8hs já ouvíamos barulho parecendo serviços dentro do hotel!

Bem razoável.

Bem razoável. Limpeza ok, mas sem sabonete no quarto, papel higiênico de péssima qualidade, colocaram só uma toalha, sem toalha de rosto e outra adicional, já que era um casal. Estacionamento duvidoso. Fiquei até com medo de deixar o carro lá, pois fica atrás do hotel. Café da manhã razoável. Não entendi essa avaliação de 8.6 aqui.
