Der Raum ist sehr klein und mit billigsten Möbeln ausgestattet. Vieles ist kaputt gewesen, wie z. B. der Ventilator, ein Plissee, eine Fußbodenleiste, das Lattenrost des Bettes etc. Die Dusche hat nachts mehrmals getropft. Nachts kamen regelmäßig laute Geräusche aus dem Flur. Das Schlimmste ist das laute Knarren des Bettes. Unsere Beschwerde beim Kundenservice wurde ignoriert. Wir sind absolut unzufrieden und können dieses Unternehmen nicht weiterempfehlen.

La camera è abbastanza spaziosa, pulita e accogliente. Bagno molto grande e di recente ristrutturazione. La posizione è ottima. Unica pecca: il check in è da fare presso un'altra struttura (comunque poco distante).

sauber und funktional, wenn auch spartanisch

Wir bekamen rechtzeitig vor der Ankunft eine Whatsapp zum Check-in. Die Suche war nicht sonderlich dramatisch, und der Bezug des Zimmers war unaufgeregt. So als wäre man Daheim via Zahlentaster angekommen. Das Appartment hat entsprochen - einfach, sauber. Lediglich ein Kasten wäre ratsam, anstatt der "billigen" Kleiderstange. Der Ausblick in den ruhigen Innenhof war sehr erfrischend und tat der Nachtruhe gut.

Günstiger Preis im Zentrum - okay

Das Hotel war günstig und entsprechend war für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, da suche ich keine Haare in der Suppe. Schade, dass das Wlan nicht funktionierte.

Buona posizione, ma...

Il check-in è stato molto comodo, utilizzando soltanto dei codici per entrare nella struttura e nella camera. La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro. Abbiamo trovato l’ascensore fuori servizio. Per quanto riguarda il bagno, c’erano due asciuga capelli entrambi non funzionati, 3 peli (probabilmente pubici, ma chi lo sa) nella tavoletta del wc, ed in generale molta polvere tra mobilio, porta e zoccoli. Le lenzuola dei letti erano inodori e sgualcite, difficile dire se fossero pulito o meno. In generale non ci è piaciuto lo stato di pulizia per queste ragioni. Essendo molto sottili i muri, forse in cartongesso, quando qualcuno è entrato di notte nella stanza a fianco ci è sembrato camminasse affianco al nostro letto

E' essenziale ma comoda, pulita silenziosa. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è a vantaggio delle qualità! E' in centro. Purtroppo non funzionava l'ascensore, ma temo che questo possa essere dovuto alla difficoltà dovute al COVID che pone molte restrizioni. Io userò ancora ICEMAN ROOMS e lo consiglio

Check in nur per whats app und uebersendung PersAus moeglich. Keinerlei Badeartikel z. B. Seife oder Dusch Gel or Ort. Verschmierte Vorhaenge. Durchgelegene Betten. Keinerlei check out moeglich. Weder persoenlich, noch telefonisch, noch an der angegebenen Rezeption Fink irgendwer am Vormittag des 20.02.erreichbar. Katastrophaler Gesamteindruck.

La peggiore esperienza mai vista.. Elenco tutto con Pro e Contro... Contro : -foto non attendibili -spazi minuscoli nemmeno quello per poggiare i bagagli - 1 solo comodino distante dal letto proprio per motivi di spazio - 2 prese, di cui una per la tv e una per poter ricaricare il cellulare sopra il letto -pavimento instabile -finestre senza tende o tapparelle. Alle 7 del mattino in camera c'era una luce abbagliante -ascensore guasto quindi 2 piani a piedi con le valigie. -letto incompleto, mancava il lenzuolo superiore (poco igienico) -mancanza di un armadio o di qualcosa dove poter appendere dei vestiti (c'erano solo 2 stampelle rotte poggiate ad un attaccapanni) -assenza di un cestino per rifiuti - la doccia era sprovvista di un supporto per poggiare il bagnoschiuma. -assistenza del personale della struttura inesistente. Pro: - centralità rispetto alla città. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

DA EVITARE

Posso capire il prezzo basso, ma se possibile statene alla larga. Serietà professionale pari a ZERO , dargli degli incompetenti sarebbe fargli un complimento. Non sanno riconoscere, capire, ne tantomento imparare dai loro errorri. Se comunque decidete di avventirarvi, sappiate che i loro numeri di emergenza funzionano solo e solamente fino alla mezzanotte; se mai e percaso aveste un problema dopo tale ora potete anche morire. Nella camera manca tutto l'essenziale. E' più semplice finire il cubo di Rubik che chiudere persiane e finestre. La dimensione delle camere è al limite della vivibilità. In bagno va' ancora peggio non avendo una saponetta; la carta igenica contata, ogori sgradevoli dai sifoni. Se devi appendere un asciugamano, almeno quelli risicati e contati ci sono, portati martello e chiodi , poichè non c'è altra alternativa. Le pareti sono di cartapesta e si sente tutto; e dico tutto. La doccia fa' acqua da tutte le parti; l'unica nota positiva è che è bella calda. Sempre che tu abbia tempo o voglia di poterla fare se non ti lasciano chiuso fuori dalla stanza perchè sbagliano ad inviarti i codici di accesso. Codici che devi chiedere e richiedere in aramaico per farteli spedire. Ah, dimenticavo.... ....spero che siate belli allenati, poichè le stanze sono dal secondo al terzo piano con i gradini della nonna; e siete senza ascensore. Ed i gradini di cui sopra sono sbeccati ed in parte lisci; a richio infortunio insomma. E' un miracolo uscirne indenni. Buona fortuna :)
