Flot hotel men prisen lidt i den dyre ende

Dejligt rummeligt værelse med helt nyt moderne badeværelse. Beliggende noget fra centrum. Ankom lidt sent men desværre ikke muligt at spise på hotellet. Ikke nemt at finde spisested i nærheden. Meget venligt personale i receptionen

Nicht das Geld wert!!!!

Eigentlich schöne Anlage, Hotel etwas veraltet. Mann an der Reception etwas unfreundlich uns unsympathisch. Zimmer mit Jacuzzi Badewanne, bei der der Stoppel gefehlt hat. Diese wurde dann am späten Abend auf das Zimmer gebracht. (danke an den freundlichen Barkeeper, der auch die einzig wirklich nette Person war). Frühstück mit wenig Auswahl!! Im Zimmer war es kalt. auf die Frage, ob man mit der Klimaanlage auch heizen kann, wurde uns Ja geantwortet und hinzugefügt: Heizung wurde abgedreht, weil sonst heizen die Gäste zu viel! OK, aber so etwas interessiert einen Gast, der 170 € für eine Nacht zahlt überhaupt nicht. Also insegsamt fand ich das Ganze nicht so toll.

Absolute disaster in terms of staff services

This is a "parkhotel" with reception that is supposed to be opened 7-22 (not clearly advertised before booking) This was limiting enough itself, however the reception was not occupied even after 7am as there was only one lady (very poor English) taking care of the breakfast and the reception. No chance to ask for taxi for 20min after 7am. I ended up knocking several doors and find out the lady was having a chat with other lady at the back. No chance to get an invoice. They took money from my pre-authorization card, not asking for any payment and refused to give me invoice as the system was showing it was already issued (was not). I gave them my email address as she promised to send it - have not received anything. Breakfast is only cold, no eggs, no kitchen in the hotel. This was a 155,- EUR/night stay in November 2021.

Wir waren für 5 Tage im Parkhotel Werth. Es ist eine alte Villa, modern restauriert in letzter Zeit. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich, das Bad war okay. Leider gab es aufgrund de Coronavirus keine Selbstbedienung beim Frühstück. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr wenig ansprechend. Man könnte sagen: italienisch.Der Kellner war recht lustlos, fast schon unfreundlich. Vielleicht wäre das Angebot ausserhalb der Coronazeit viel possitiver!
